TUITION & FEES

Dance Class Tuition, Performance, Competition and Other Fees   

Clark Academy Dance Center offers more than just excellence in dance training. We offer students unique experiences and opportunities that extend beyond dance class. Matthew Clark is affiliated with various national and international dance organizations and competitions. Students have access to unique opportunities in the United States and around the world.

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees are paid once at the beginning of the season or upon enrolling at Clark Academy Dance Center. The $50 registration fee per student is discounted with families of 3 or more enrolled in dance classes to $125 per family maximum.

 

COSTUME FEES

A costume fee is required for every student of $80 per recreational class and $125 per competitive class. Each costume fee will be divided into two payments (or can be paid in increment amounts monthly). The first costume deposit is due at registration, with the remaining balance paid in full with your January tuition. Timely deposits are necessary in order for CADC to have enough time to order costumes and/or have costumes made for each student and each class. Costumes will come complete with all attachments and accessories (minus shoes/tights). Refer to our CADC Handbook for more details.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made by credit, debit, or checking account directly through the CADC Parent Portal, where you can make one-time payments or sign up for auto-pay. Payments may also be made directly at the studio at the reception desk using a credit card, debit card, cash, or check. A $35 fee is charged for any returned check.

 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Tuition is charged by the 5th of each month. Tuition payments must be kept current for students to participate in classes, competitions, and Showcases.

 

SHOWCASE FEES

CADC produces a live Showcase every year in June that showcases students performing on stage with their class in a full production. A minimal Showcase fee is due per child which can be waived by selling tickets to the show.

 

COMPETITION FEES

Students who are a part of our Competition Team have the opportunity to compete locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally. Competition participation varies by year, and prior to entering, parents will be notified about any additional fees.

 

STUDIO FUNDRAISERS

CADC runs various fundraisers throughout the year such as candy sales, chicken BBQ, and more, to help students raise money to cover fees and other extras associated with performing with CADC. Successful fundraisers happen when our entire CADC dance family gets involved and shares their efforts with family and friends and on social media.

 

DISCOUNTS AND REFERRALS

Students enrolled in more than one dance class receive their tuition discounted. Earn tuition bonuses when you refer students to CADC and they enroll in dance class! If you love it at CADC, refer friends and others who have children interested in dance. Sell 20 or more Showcase tickets and we’ll waive your Showcase fee.

EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNTS

FULL YEAR PRE-PAYMENT Receive a 10% discount when you pay tuition for the year upfront.

HALF YEAR PRE-PAYMENT Save 5% when you pay Jan-June tuition in January.

 

MULTI CLASS DISCOUNT

When your child is enrolled in more than one dance class, tuition is discounted. Families with more than one child enrolled will also have tuition discounted.

20% for second family member | 30% for a third family member (must reside in the same household)

SINGLE CLASS ENROLLMENT DANCE CLASS TUITION

The following tuition is based upon enrollment of one single class per week and does not reflect discounts for multi-class or multi-students per family. Please confer with the front desk and/or your instructor for details.

DIAPER DANCE TUITION

 

AGES 18 months – 2 years old

6 week sessions that parent attends with child

$50 per Session.
